Our project JOKO & DIDE has been selected as the best creative animation pitch at the NigerianFocus project taking place at the 2021 Annecy International Film Festival in France later this year.
A 2-week workshop was held remotely between 1st and 15th March 2021. At the end of the workshop, Joko & Dide won the 1st Edition of the Annecy Lagos Workshop 2021 organized by The Annecy International Film Festival and its Markets, Animation Nigeria, and the French Embassy in Nigeria. As a studio, we are grateful for this platform and opportunity as it brings us closer to our goal of showcasing Nigerian animation content to the world.
Also selected as top finalists in Nigeria includes Egbelughe Philip, Stanlee Ohikhuare, Oyikan Odunlami, Temidayo Odunlami, Brian Wilson, Eseme Joseph, Oluwayomi Oluwasegun Samson, and Omotunde Akiode.
